You must be an active CSTA member to apply.

Creating Global Classrooms with ScratchPalsKathleen Fugle is an active board member of our CSTA NoVA chapter. She works as a School-Based Technology Specialist at an elementary school in Fairfax County Public Schools.
A School-Based Technology Specialist is the equivalent to an ITC or ITRT in other school divisions. Her primary responsibility is to support teachers in the integration of technology into instruction.
